To anyone looking for a reliable and smart Realtor, I found Mike through a review here on Zillow. I was looking for a buyer’s agent to sell my elderly parent’s house in Vero Beach. They had never sold a house before and were understandably nervous and confused as to what to do or what to expect. Also, there was a strong possibility that they would not be present in Vero Beach during the process. Mike came through for my parents like a superhero. His decades worth of experience and knowledge along with his contacts were more than enough, but he went above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done. He took his time to find out the type of home we were looking for and although we didn’t find one right away, he kept in touch while we were back in NY. Eventually we found a home online. Mike took the time to check the home to make sure it was exactly as pictured and exactly the type we were in search of. While searching for a small vacation home in Florida, Vero Beach seems to have more options in price range. It was really difficult to trust anyone because all the realtors that I spoke with wanted my price range to increase. I finally found Mike Boyd throughout my search and he was the only one who sounds like he was able to provide service to people regardless of their price range. I knew that my price was low, but Mike make me feel like I was spending one million dollars.
